A dynamic workforce solutions leader with 15+ years of experience, Pelletier brings a proven track record of scaling accounts, optimizing contingent labor programs, and driving multimillion‑dollar growth through cross-functional collaboration and data‑driven strategy. At her previous role, she drove $16M+ in first‑year revenue by scaling a new account from zero, maintained 100% retention on her client portfolio, achieved 10%+ YOY growth across all managed accounts, and secured an enterprise staff augmentation contract at a 22% GP margin. 

Pelletier is certified as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) by Staffing Industry Analysts and holds the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credential from the American Staffing Association. Recognized as an SIA DEI influencer, she integrates diversity and inclusive practices into program design and delivery. Her technical background spans self‑taught web development to expert‑level VMS proficiency, including Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY, and Coupa, complemented by hands‑on experience with HCM and CRM platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams—HR, Procurement, Legal, IT—to elevate delivery, program governance, and supplier performance.
• Support large‑scale talent acquisition events and employer branding initiatives to accelerate time‑to‑value.
