Trilyon’s CEO, Carolyn Joshua, Receives the Unity in Action Award from J.P. Morgan
We are proud to share that our CEO, Carolyn Joshua, was honored with the Unity in Action Award from J.P. Morgan—a recognition that celebrates leaders working to build inclusive communities and create meaningful opportunities for others.
This award holds deep significance for Carolyn and the entire Trilyon team. It is a powerful acknowledgment of the mission we pursue every day: fostering collaboration, creating access, and driving impact with purpose.
The award ceremony, held at the beautiful Claremont Resort & Club, brought together inspiring leaders who are each contributing to a more equitable future. Carolyn reflected on the many people who supported, challenged, and believed in this mission throughout her journey. She emphasized that this recognition is not hers alone—it belongs to every colleague, mentor, partner, and teammate who has shared in this vision and this work.
We would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at J.P. Morgan, including Laura Higgins, LaSandra Brill, Ansie Ting, Abby Burton, Michael Martino, Dr. William Kapfer, Vivian Young, Nancy Minchillo, Jeremy McCoy, Danielle A Davis, Bj Washington, and Kristina Brown—whose commitment to inclusion continues to inspire.
Carolyn also expressed her gratitude to the Trilyon team: “Thank you for being the engine behind so much of the impact we strive to create. Your dedication, creativity, and heart inspire me every day. Success is not about how far you go, but how many you bring with you.”
At Trilyon, unity in action is not just a value—it’s a commitment to show up with heart, purpose, and a collective drive to make a difference.
We look forward to continuing this journey, together.
